My name is Rosa Mariela Zapeta Par.  My family and friends call me Rosa.  I live in San Pedro La Laguna with my dad, my mom, and my siblings.  My dad’s name is Raul Zapeta.  My mom’s name is Luisa.  My brother’s name is Edgar (16) and my sister’s name is Debora Vicenta (15).  I am 8 years old. My grandfather’s name is Dionisio and my grandmother’s name is Rosa.  My aunt and uncle’s names are:  Dalila and Nico.

My dad is a pastor at the First Baptist Church in San Pedro; that is a big church right by my house.  My mom is a teacher in San Pablo.  San Pablo is up the mountain from San Pedro, it is about 20 minutes from here.  I help my mom when she is cooking.  I help her washing dishes and  peeling vegetables. I like to do laundry, clean the house, or play with my dolls. I enjoy painting and drawing.  I like to help my mom.

When I grow up I would like to be a teacher, because there will be children that are going to need to be taught and I want to be able to teach them.  I would like to be a teacher in San Pablo just like my mom.
